Organizations with a commitment to excellence in EMS education are invited to apply for authorized training center status to teach three leading, evidence-based EMS airway programs.

Authorized Training Centers (ATCs) are granted the right to deliver The Difficult Airway Course: EMS™, Essentials of Advanced Airway Management™ and Fundamentals of Airway Management™ to students within a defined region. Residency Programs are invited to license this evidence- and milestone-based curriculum for the benefit of their residents and fellows.

Residency Programs can be a part of this patient safety initiative by becoming a Program Member or by hosting a course. Program Membership enables the residency program’s faculty to teach the curriculum as either a one-day program or multiple airway sessions through the year. For a Hosted Course, AMEC faculty go to the residency program’s location to teach a complete one-day course.
