 Cancellation Policy for In-Person Courses

We understand that there are many reasons for needing to cancel your registration. Therefore,  we’ve implemented a cancellation policy that is as accommodating as possible. To ensure fairness, the following cancellation fee schedule applies to all cancellations, regardless of the reason:

  • A Cancellation Fee of 10% of the tuition paid will apply to cancellations requested up to 14 days prior to start of the Course.
  • A Cancellation Fee of 50% of the tuition paid will apply to cancellations requested between 14 and 2 days prior to the start of the Course.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested within 2 days of the course start date.

Alternatively, registrants may transfer to another course with no transfer or cancellation fee.

 

No refunds will be granted to registrants who do not attend the Course without making prior arrangements for cancellation or transfer.

 

If Airway Management Education Center (AMEC) is required to cancel a course due to safety concerns, all attendees will receive a 100% refund or may transfer to another course.

Airway Manager: Emergency Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions may be cancelled within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be based on CME credits earned.

 

You will continue to have access to your transcript under My Credits Earned on Airway Manager.

The Difficult Airway Course: Virtual Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions may be cancelled within 30 days of purchase, provided you have not completed the course and earned your Course Certificate (CME/CE/CEH credits).
