As part of the leadership team of the sim.ME Skills & Simulation Center at the Bildungsakademie fuer Gesundheits- und Sozialberufe des Mettmann (Germany), he develops innovative learning programs that blend high-fidelity simulation, interdisciplinary training, and current guideline-based practice.
With a strong focus on prehospital critical-care education, John serves as an instructor and regional faculty for The Difficult Airway Course: EMS, where he contributes his expertise in airway management, crew resource management, and team-based resuscitation.
